The 2024 AGM of Aotearoa Quilters, National Association of New Zealand Quilters will be held on Saturday 5th October 2024 at 7.45 am at Cambridge High School, 25 Swayne Road, Cambridge.

   Notice of motion: That Aotearoa Quilters apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for re-registration as an Incorporated Society under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
10. General Business

There will be one vacancy on the Committee at this AGM.  Nominations for this position are invited on the Committee Member Nomination and Consent Form on the Aotearoa Quilters website (download printable form here) and must be received by the Secretary by Friday 20^th September 2024.

Members are invited to submit topics for General Business via the submission form on the Aotearoa Quilters website or by email to office@aotearoaquilters.co.nz . Attendance, apologies and topics for General Business can be submitted here.

The AGM will be held in conjunction with the Member’s Breakfast at the 2024 Quilt Symposium.  The Member’s Breakfast starts at 7.00am. Breakfast costs $10 per person. Please sign up for breakfast before the 21st of September. Sign up for the Breakfast here.
